Shipping policy

Club Girl Golf LLC

We sell several product types, each with unique fulfillment timelines:

Golf Clubs (Custom-Made)
- Please allow 6–10 weeks for production and fulfillment before shipping.
- Once complete, your order will ship using the method you select at checkout.
Apparel (Made-to-Order)
- Apparel items are produced after you place your order.
- Fulfillment time is typically 5–10 business days, then shipped via your selected method.
Golf Tools (Ball Markr & Gate Trainr)
- In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days from the order date.

Shipping costs and delivery speeds depend on the carrier and service you select at checkout.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout apply after fulfillment is complete (see timelines above).
International shipping is available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Club Girl Golf LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at caddie@clubgirlgolf.com with photos so we can assist.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address cannot be refunded unless reshipped at the customer’s expense.
